In the last two years the school has been running the school bus service and, in the course of this exercise, have learnt to understand more fully you and your children’s needs in this regard. During this time we have been able to cultivate a team of bus operators who have worked well with the school and we will now hand over the school bus operations to a key operator.

We have appointed Smoothway Transport Service to act as the provider of our school bus service from June 2009 for the 2009/2010 Academic Year. This company is no stranger to us as it has been among the operators driving for the school this year and will take on most of the other existing operators.

The school will continue to act as the liaison with the operator and help deal with your concerns in bus matters. Mr. Richard Lee, our school transport executive, will continue to assist you as the liaison person. Your contract will however be with Smoothway who will be billing you and collecting fees directly from you. They will have a workstation at the Paterson Campus.

In preparation for the new academic year, we attach the Smoothway’s School Bus Registration form for your completion. The Indemnity and Waiver must be returned, completed and signed, together with the registration form by 31 July 2009 to 25 Paterson Road, Singapore 238510.
