United Nations Night / Week
Extra curricular activities are launched each year with our United Nations Night held early in the first semester. Students work together in their national groups to plan, practice, and perform what becomes a part of a stunning multi cultural performance.
In addition, students at the Elementary School have a United Nations week, focusing on in-classroom activities based on understanding the cultures of their peers and teachers. This ends in a schoolwide assembly with students in national dress presenting information about their home countries.
Photos of our most recent United Nations Night performance can be found here.

School Trips
In the Elementary School, students regularly leave campus to get hands-on experiences around the city. Trips to the zoo, Botanical Gardens, Science Center, Singapore Mint and local museums are a regular part of instruction for young students.
Middle School students also make a number of visits to assist their general education. Trips to places of interest in Singapore such as the Battle Box, Pulau Ubin, the History Museum and a Japanese Tea Ceremony enhance their understanding of their immediate location and raise their cultural awareness.

We run grade 9 leadership camps, grade 11 and 12 IB camps, business field trips, grade 9 and 10 geography and biology field trips, grade 11 and 12 geography and biology field trips and grade 11 and 12 World Arts and World Cultures trips.

Science Fair
Students in the Middle School choose a scientific investigation that they wish to undertake. With guidance, they carry out the investigation and produce displays for the rest of the school community to view during the Science Fair Week. As well as scientific principles, the students learn a great deal about presentation - and working with others towards a desired goal.

National Dress and National Food Days
Several times a year our students organize a National Dress and National Food Day where students come to school in their national dress and bring traditional dishes from their countries to share at break time and lunch.
