• Original Student Application Form (fully completed)
• 2 recent passport photographs.
• A photocopy of Passport and Dependent / Student Pass.
• Confidential Medial Record form & Immunization Charts
• Official copies of student’s academic transcripts for the past two years (in English).
• Statement from Principal or Teacher-in-charge regarding Student’s character and abilities (in English).
• Living Arrangement Form
• Letter of Waiver and Indemnity form.
• Physical Education Indemnity Form
• Non-refundable registration fee of S$1605.00 payable to “International School (S) Pte. Ltd.”
• Tuition fees and other initial payment.

Kindly note that incomplete forms or missing required documents may result in the delay of admission into ISS.
