Registration

Before a prospective student can sit for the placement test the following needs to be completed:
- Student Application Form
- A Registration fee payment of $1,605.00

In the event the prospective student fails the placement test, an administration fee of $200 will be retained by the school. The remaining balance will be refunded.

 
School Fees

All fees must be paid by the due date as stated in the school's invoice. Students will not be allowed to attend classes if fees or the deposit are not paid before classes commence.

All payments are to be made to the International School (S) Pte Ltd. Interest will be charged at 5% per month for all late payments for a period of up to two (2) months commencing from the day immediately after a payment falls due.

Tuition fees will be invoiced on a reduced basis for new students who enroll after the commencement of a semester.

Monies received by ISS will be applied in the order of Registration Fee, Tuition Fee, Stationary and other fees and Deposit.
 
Deposit

The deposit acts as a security deposit to the School and may, at the School's sole discretion, be used to pay or to set-off against any monies due and owing to the School, or to pay for any damages to the School's property or for books and materials not returned.

The deposit may be required to be topped up from time to time to the prevailing tuition fee application to the student. The deposit will be refunded without interest to the payee stated on the Student Application Form.

The deposit is only refunded upon receipt of:
  • Leaver's Form by the Accounts Departments; AND
  • Clearance Form by the Homeroom Teacher.

    Any other type of withdrawal notices, verbal or written, will NOT be accepted.
    The quantum of refund will be computed in accordance to the following due dates.

    Deposit not claimed within six (6) months from the student's last day of school will be treated as a donation to the school's development fund.

    Undertaking

    The student parent(s) and guardian agree that the student will at all times adopt and comply with the all rules, regulations and policies which the School may adopt from time to time.
