Dear Parents,

On the 11th and 12th January, your child will be involved in a variety of Experiential Learning Activities.

Over the course of the 2 days, your child will take part in various outdoor activities that focus on developing skills that have relevance across the curriculum. It will involve primary students in outdoor activities that help them “learn how to learn”. The students will spend time working on their communication skills, research skills, thinking skills, social skills and self-management skills.

On Tuesday afternoon, the students will be involved in House Events. Your child may come dressed in their house colours on Tuesday 12th January and/or PE kit.

As the students will be spending the majority of the day outdoors, please provide snacks/lunch for the 2 days that can be kept in their school bags and that require little preparation. If your child has a pre-ordered lunch, there is no need to pack a lunch.

We are really excited about this up-and-coming event and look forward to delivering outdoor learning experiences over the 2 days.
