Counselling Office

Changing schools, countries, continents or cultures is never an easy task for a student. At ISS International School, student well-being is a primary focus.  Our counsellor aims to support students through their transitions and serve as supportive, culturally sensitive professionals whenever students need counsel.

Ms. Berna Sekhon is a certified professional who is committed to developing a school climate that is respectful, positive, accepting, and safe for students of all backgrounds.  Counselling is available to students individually and in groups with the aim of ensuring that all of our students have the opportunity to reach their full potential.

Conversations with Berna

Berna hosts regular events to talk to parents and guardians about the issues and concerns facing children and teens.  These events combine teaching and information sharing and the opportunity to connect with the wider school community.
