Request of Academic Documents
You may send your request for the following documents by submitting the Academic Document Request form (ADRF) via email to the Registrar Office.
· Certification of Enrolment
· Report Cards
· Transcripts (For current or former students of Grade 9-12 only)
· High School Leaving Certificate and High School Diploma (Certified True Copy)
· International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme and Diploma Programme Certificates
· Others
ICA Student’s Pass
