Jointly organised by SEF and ISS International School Singapore
Saturday, 7 March 2009 8am – 4pm
Venue: ISS International School Singapore
Since its first event, the Earth Day Conference, held in April 2002, SEF has been committed to organising meaningful activities to empower the hearts and minds of young people in Singapore with the aim of fostering global and local environmental awareness through collaboration and action. SEF believes that the future of the earth belongs to the young and they will show us how to cherish and preserve the environment.
The annual SEF Oratory Competition on the Environment aims to provide a platform for young people to identify, research and present solutions to environmental issues, and to hone their advocacy skills. It also provides an excellent opportunity for students from both local and international schools to compete and interact in a meaningful manner.
